sustain, scale up, adapt their processes or operational models to improve their services, community activities and/or employment opportunities, or identify new opportunities and services with a particular focus on those who are most disadvantaged within their community. Pobal intends to establish a panel of Mentors and a panel of Coaches to provide social innovation coaching and mentoring plus tailored supports to enable social innovators to overcome barriers to service innovation, quality enhancement and growth by providing individualised mentoring advice, guidance, dedicated coaching, bespoke learning, and peer engagement. Initially, a number of organisations participating on the Community Services Programme (CSP) will be offered bespoke mentoring and coaching services through an assigned coach and a mentor for a 12-month period. The service will facilitate, support, encourage and insp
