IWA is a company limited by guarantee operating under the registered business name of Irish Wheelchair Association: Company number 352483, Charity number CHY 5393, CRA 20007997. I.W.A. Company Limited by Guarantee is a single legal entity. It has one wholly owned subsidiary, Ability Consultancy Training Limited (ACT), company number 225160, a fully integrated operation within IWA, which has minimal operational activity for the last two to three years. IWA operates a single National Central Services function to support the delivery of all services and activities across the country. Finance and administration are managed from the IWA Head Office in Clontarf, Dublin 3.
