tenance, security, optimisation and support of the CSO’s existing cloud environment, including operational support, monitoring, security management, cost optimisation, reporting, governance and exit support. The Services also include project-based activities outside the routine managed service scope, including support to the CSO’s applications teams for the implementation and provisioning of new or amended workloads introduced during the contract term.
