hána (“the Contracting Authority”) invites requests to participate (“Responses”) to this pre-qualification questionnaire (“PQQ”) from economic operators (“Candidates”) for the provision of a cloud based SaaS Human Capital Management Solution and associated supporting services as described in Appendix 1 of this PQQ (the “Services”). In summary this public procurement competition relates to the provision of a SaaS HCM Solution including licencing, the provision of implementation and configuration services, integrations, training and the provision of ongoing support and maintenance.
