Tenderers shall also have a permanent account manager for the Norwegian Industrial Property Office and provide project management in productions. The tenderer shall mainly carry out productions with their own employees and with their own equipment. This means that the tenderer shall have employees with competence in concept development, project management, production, editing and completion of animated film productions.
