The sub-contracts will be valid from 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year. The contract will be signed with Trondheim eiendom, but it will apply for all units in Trondheim municipality. Emphasis is put on the fact that all tenderers must submit a tender for both lots in order to join the competition. Tenderers who submit only one lot will be rejected. All information regarding the sub-contracts is under the main contract.
