- Framework Agreement for Quay Mapping and Scanning ServicesDescriere: PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT Oslo Municipality, represented by Oslo Havn KF (Port of Oslo) and Bymiljøetaten (Agency for Urban Environment) (collectively referred to as the Purchaser), invites tenderers to participate in a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition for the procurement of the framework agreement for Quay Mapping and Scanning Services.
