ards and regulations. The contracting authority ́s need consists primarily of inspections and service of existing installations and, thus, improvements to defects uncovered by the inspections. We have, based on figures from 1 May 2025, prepared an estimate of the need for completed inspections in the years to come, see annex 10 - Building overview fire and emergency lighting installations 2025. The figures are however only estimates and are not binding for the Contracting Authority. Improvement, maintenance and renovation projects over this amount shall always be clarified with and approved by the Contracting Authority.
