p;The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 2+2 years with a tenderer for the procurement of company health services. The value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 1,700,000 - NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The annual extent is uncertain, as the municipality has not procured company health services in the past and some internal assignments shall be taken care of. The estimated value shall be seen as a guideline and is not binding for the contracting authority. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
