The initiative shall be organised as a company and it shall give participants relevant experience with work forms that they can meet in a real work situation. A central entity in the initiative will be market and network work aimed at relevant employers and positions. Follow-up shall provide assistance with the intention that participants shall receive and/or retain work. The aim is that the tenderer shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-dependent through permanent connection to working life.
