uction management may also be relevant in accordance with NS8403 (Construction management/project management). The contracting authority would like to use the procurement to have external competence for consultancy and engineering design services. The tenderer who is awarded the framework agreement is expected to be operative to join projects immediately after the contract has been signed. The contracting authority needs assistance with planned projects and minor management assignments. Transfer of knowledge so that the municipality can strengthen its own organisation and increase competence for similar projects in the future, is the desired effect of this framework agreement.
