In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels - service courses - e-learning programme (if offered), - other life cycle costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit as needed). Estimated volume of dyes: The department expects 8,000 pulses per annum. The maximum volume is estimated volume + 50 %. The options shall be valid for as long as the laser is in use. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The laser shall be used for the treatment of port wine stains (port-wine stains) and other vascu
