regulatory management of heavy current installations in the municipality ́s buildings and technical installations. Halden municipality intends to enter into a contract with up to three tenderers. The call-off mechanisms for this contract are described in the chapter. 2nd – 2.3rd in this document. The tenderers will be ranked in order 1, 2 and 3. The prices in the tenderer ́s completed price form only apply for call-offs under NOK 75,000.
