condition analyses shall form the basis for planning investments and maintenance for the municipality ́s buildings. The analyses can be at all levels in "Table 1- Analysis Level" in accordance with NS 3424:2012 and in accordance with NS-16096 Condition analysis of listed and protected buildings. NS 3451 Building parts table shall be used when registering building parts. The analysis can include the following disciplines, but is not exhaustive: RIB - Consultant engineer for constructionRIV - Consulting engineer, heating, ventilation and sanitary engineering; HVAC AND SANITATION - Consultant engineer electro RIBr - Consultant engineer for fire Resource with competence in universal design in accordance with TEK 17.
