The tenderer ́s resources connected to the contract shall work in an integrated research team together with the contracting authority ́s researchers and must be able to transfer competence to the Contracting Authority's employees. The contract shall be used in connection with several established and future projects and their models at the Contracting Authority. The work will particularly d
