Some of these properties will be demolished immediately, but a considerable portion will be kept and leased temporarily pending further development. The largest portfolio of rental housing is connected to the project E16 Arna-Stanghelle, which runs between Arna and Vaksdal. This volume is expected to be maintained during the agreement period. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.
