The network of petroleum municipalities (NPK) shall safeguard the member municipalities ́ interests in connection with major infrastructure facilities in the energy sector, including landing facilities for oil and gas. NPK shall work to ensure the necessary political and legal framework around such facilities to the best interests of the member municipalities, and so that the facilities ́ value creation also benefits the host municipalities.
