so that the outdoor lighting has a uniform character and has the right qualities needed to highlight different areas. The standardisation shall simplify processes connected to engineering design, certification, procurement, installation as well as management and operation of lighting systems. The framework agreements apply for all of the town areas administered by the Agency for Urban Environment, when new sites are established, upgrading existing sites and replacement due to an error (operation).
