citație competitivă (articolul 5(3) din regulamentul 1370/2007)Principalele caracteristici ale procedurii: The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (the Procurement Act) and the Public Procurement Regulations (procurement regulations) FOR 2016-08-12-974, parts I and IV. The tender contest is published in Doffin and TED. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement without having contact with tenderers beyond making any minor clarifications/corrections of the tenders. Negotiations can, however, be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tenders have been received, considers it appropriate.
