The contracting authority can choose to use a separate framework agreement for the purchase of paint products/coverings. The tenderer will provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. In cases where the contracting authority procures the materials, the contract supplier shall use such materials without mark-up in the agreed prices for this contract. Sandefjord kommune has the total operation and maintenance responsibility for all municipal owned and leased buildings. The buildings comprise approx. 400,000 m2.
