OTDR measurements and use of powermeters other necessary installation work connected to outdoor fibre, within the contract ́s extent The contract shall also cover the need for a quick response time in case of critical errors, as well as ensure flexible access to suppliers where the municipality has short deadlines or is included in cross-sectoral cooperation projects with other actors (e.g. the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, W&S, power companies or telecommunication operators). The contract shall not be used in cases where there are requirements from a third party (e.g. owners of shared infrastructure or builder) for the use of specific installers. In such cases the need falls outside of
