The tender contest is divided into 5 sub-contracts based on a geographical division of the office locations. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority prefers suppliers who have coverage for all the office locations in each sub-contract, but know from previous competitions that this can be challenging. Individual office locations that are difficult to access for suppliers will be assessed for direct procurements locally where the office location is located. The cleaning shall be delivered in accordance with the NS-INSTA 800 standard for cleaning and cleaning quality. The agreement includes regular cleaning and periodical cleaning.
