f the service is to provide facilitated follow-up that helps persons master their living conditions and can live safely and well in their own home. The service shall provide uniform follow-up that promotes the users' experience of self-mastering, safety and good quality of life in their own home. The service shall include follow-up in all areas that are significant for the users ́ living conditions and that promote stability, mastery and self-care. The service shall be provided to users who rent a residence by the service provider. The residences shall be connected to a personnel base. A follow-up service agreement will be signed between the tenderer and district, whilst the rent contract will be signed between the tenderer and the user in accordance with the Tenancy Act.
