runing, lawn cutting and other garden related assignments. The contract is a fixed price contract for a fixed defined scope of gardening work at Straume, as well as Sundheimen (Skogsvåg) and Tednebakkane (Rong) (the "fixed price area") in the period from 1 August 2025 to and including 31 December 2027. The contracting authority reserves the right, through an option, to extend the contract to also include equivalent works in the following areas: Option for the execution of work on Rong ("option area 1"). The options can be taken up completely or partly and will involve an addition to the original contract work.
