The scope of the framework agreement includes the delivery of life rafts, as well as related documentation, engineering services such as configuration and technical support, and any additional equipment necessary to ensure the safe and effective deployment of the liferaft system. Tenderers are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the procurement documentation. The awarding of the framework agreement shall be conducted through a Framework Agreement lasting three (3) years, with two optional extensions of two (2) years each.
