Since 2022, Peru has been engaged in the OECD accession process, which entails a comprehensive assessment of its public policies, legal frameworks and institutional arrangements against OECD standards. This process covers multiple sectors and requires the implementation of complex reforms, as well as high levels of interinstitutional coordination and evidence generation for decision-making. In this context, the project contributes to strengthening the technical and institutional conditions required to manage the accession process, promoting a coherent, evidence-based and gender-sensitive implementation of OECD recommendations.
