(FYF)), Parts I and III. Statnett has a need to establish framework agreements for legal services within a wide range of fields. To ensure the right expertise and predictable capacity, 10 separate framework agreements will be entered into – one framework agreement per sub-area. The sub-areas include: Subcontract 1: Public procurement law, competition law and state aid Subcontract 2: Construction and contract law Subcontract 3: Licensing, land and rights acquisition (areas with reindeer husbandry) Subcontract 4: Licensing, land and rights acquisition (areas without reindeer husbandry) Subcontract 5: Tax and duties Subcontract 6: Energy law Subcontract 7: ICT and data protection Subcontract 8: Finance, corporate law, stock exchange regulation and financial reporting Subcontract 9: Offshore projects and international cooperation/developments Subcontract 10: Other legal assistance A frame
